Luxurious place with pleasant staff from the general manager down to the maids. the setting is amazing and magnificent, close to the city center, train station, and main attractions. - Florence Historic Centre district is worth looking into. - I like staying here when I am in Florence.

It has marvellous and magnificent location to the central market, in a calm area. There's cool Nabucco Firenze at walking distance from the hotel, make desserts etc. The venue provides marvellous and excellent breakfast with tasty coffee and amazing cakes, for example.

The place was spotlessly clean with a super-friendly and pleasant staff from the general manager all the way down to the maids. The breakfast meal was amazing and sensational with especially gluten free, great amount of amazing cakes plus amazing cakes. The location was good and magnificent, for example, Medici Chapel was not too far away from the hotel. Furthermore, the area was fairly quiet. A bus station close to the property was really handy.

Wi-Fi was kind of slow tbh and there was quite hard bed in my room.

The newly furnished rooms come with an ensuite bathroom and a variety of amenities like a safe, central heating, and a desk.

The hotel was clean and had superbly friendly staff who go above-and-beyond customer service. the location turned out to be favorable and excellent, near to the city center and the Duomo tourist spots, restaurants, and all the main sights.

Located right in the center, so close to everything you'd want to see and do. the breakfast is a winner with delicious coffee and some mouth-watering cakes. 🍰

The rooms with ensuite bathrooms were peaceful, and the central location of this place made it convenient for exploring the charming Historic Center district during our 4-night stay.

The single room I booked was very clean and had a nice view. the hotel's central location was marvelous.

A Pleasant Surprise

Despite some negative reviews, my experience was quite different. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a surprisingly comfortable mattress. The location was definitely a highlight, as it was conveniently close to the major sights of Florence. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of soundproofing and occasionally slow WiFi, these did not overshadow the overall positive experience. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and pleasant atmosphere.

Our rooms had nice decoration and each had its own bathroom 🛁. the location was fantastic, only a 10-15 minutes' walk from an art museum nearby.

The staff here is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond, the rooms are brand-new, and the location is wonderful, close to a medieval cathedral.
